The Department of War Libraries intends to acquire a commercially available, web-based investment research and financial education database subscription for eligible library patrons. The subscription must include investment and personal-finance research content, newsletters, daily articles and videos, and online financial education courses. It must also provide SAML-based single sign-on access, service-level usage statistics, and customer and technical support in accordance with the solicitation and associated Product Description.
