Additionally, no further site visits will be scheduled.__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________The scope of this requirement includes a comprehensive range of improvements to Permanent Party Facility B331 at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma. Key elements of the project involve structural interior design enhancements, exterior envelope repairs, modernization of communications infrastructure and CCTV systems, HVAC system replacement, site grading, remediation of structural deterioration, and the conversion of a shared laundry facility into a designated tornado shelter. A site visit has already been conducted, and no additional visits will be scheduled. All questions and corresponding answers from the site visit are provided within this solicitation.
