This action is for re-design/optimization and operation of treatment systems along with required monitoring for treatment operations, groundwater monitoring, and land use controls at Defense Logistics Agency Distribution San Joaquin, California, Tracy Environmental Site. This action additionally addresses recent identification of contamination migration/movement. Activities will be conducted in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) remediation program as well as the applicable Federal Facilities Agreement (FFA) and Records of Decision (RODs). This has been executed as a sole source action under FAR 6.302-1 and approved in accordance with agency procedures.
