The 772 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) in conjunction with the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), Joint Base San Antonio - Lackland Air Force Base, TX, desires to award a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract with a Small Business 8(a) Architect-Engineer (A-E) firm to complete Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) Perfluorinated compounds (PFC) or Per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) Remedial Investigations (RI) and Response Actions. The place of performance shall be at a Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Air Force Base (AFB): Former Eaker AFB in Blytheville, Arkansas (AR). The 772 ESS anticipates making an award to a Small Business 8(a) A-E firm.
