COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Out-of-Service API 653 Inspections of Aboveground Storage Tanks at Thule AB, Greenland FA890321Q0003 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA890321Q0003 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. This requirement is for a total of four API 653 inspections in 2022, and options for four more API inspections in 2023, and options for four more API inspections in 2024. This is set-aside IAW Diplomatic Note 127, that sets aside all requirements for Greenland to Greenlandic and/or Danish firms. See attachments for the RFQ and all additional documents.
