The government is seeking innovative commercial design and engineering partners to develop a comprehensive, site-specific design package for rapidly deployable Earth-Covered Munitions storage facilities at Dyess AFB, Texas. This presolicitation is issued under the MACH1 umbrella program and would result in an Other Transaction Agreement. The goal is to bypass traditional MILCON bottlenecks using advanced formwork, rapid-curing materials, modular structural arches, or other commercial methodologies while meeting blast resistance, structural integrity, and environmental controls.
