MACH1_AOI_Muns_Igloos at Dyess AFB - LOE 1 and LOE 2_Amend 1
The government is seeking innovative commercial design and engineering partners to develop a site-specific design package for rapidly deployable Earth-Covered Munitions (ECM) storage facilities at Dyess AFB, Texas. The requirement aims to bypass traditional MILCON bottlenecks by incorporating advanced formwork, rapid-curing materials, modular structural arches, or other commercial methodologies while maintaining blast resistance, structural integrity, and environmental controls. There are two lines of effort: LOE 1 for Design & Planning and LOE 2 for Physical Construction. Any resulting agreement will be an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) executed under 10 U.S.C. ยง 2808a.
