GENERAL INFORMATION: This action provides notice of the upcoming solicitation for an Invitation for Bid, Firm Fixed Price, Single Award for Design Bid Build for Repair 400 Aircraft Parking Ramp - Phase 5. The solicitation will be issued as a competitive Total Small Business Set Aside to be awarded to the single Lowest Price Responsible Firm. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 237310, which has a size standard of $45,000,000 in average annual receipts. To receive the award, the Most Highly Qualified Firm must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website at http://www.sam.gov. All responders are advised that this action may be revised or cancelled at any time during the SF1442 submission, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and final award process. SOLICITATION POSTING: The solicitation is expected to be posted to sam.gov on or about 23 July 2025. TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE SITE VISIT: SITE VISIT NOTICE: A site visit is firmly scheduled for 03 June 2025, at Travis Air Force Base, California. The purpose is to review general base and site-specific information and provide a walk-around of representative sites. ATTENDANCE AT THIS SITE VISIT IS NOT MANDATORY AND IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF EACH FIRM. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT REIMBURSE PARTICIPATING FIRMS FOR SITE VISIT COSTS. SITE VISIT INFORMATION: Date: 03 June 2025 Tentative Schedule: 1230 PST - Meet AT WELCOME CENTER 1230 – 1300 PST - Introductions 1300 PST - Site Tour Instructions for Site Visit Attendee Registration: Names must be typed and listed alphabetically by last name, first name, full date of birth, and full social security number. This allows for a timely base access fitness determination, and most importantly, minimal delays at the gate. Any guests that have base access (via an Active Duty Military ID Card, Military Retiree ID Card, a Dependent ID card, or a 100% Disabled Veteran ID card), do not need to be on the list. If you have any guests that are going to be under the age of 18 at the time of the event, please provide ONLY their full name and full date of birth. DO NOT provide their social security number. Please identify if you have any vendors or contractors by including the word “vendor” or “contractor” after their name, date of birth and social security number on your list. This includes demolition and replacement of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) transition pavement, drainage utilities, and all other necessary work for a complete and usable project. The contractor will be required to establish an on-site staging area with a batch plant capable of producing 250 cubic yards of concrete per hour, located approximately 1.5 miles from the project site.
