No solicit... DESCRIPTION SYNOPSIS OF NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE contract. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be honored. FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The 772 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron intends to award a sole source contract with EA Engineering for the 35%-100% Design for Demolition of the Defense Fuel Support Point, Verona New York. EA Engineering has completed the 35% Design effort and has been identified as the most highly qualified for this follow-on action. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by April 7, 2023, by 2:00 PM CT. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided.
