This will be posted on... 772 ESS intends to re-solicit the attached Draft Synopsis for this A-E Services requirement for Design and Construction Support for Construction Program specifically for Pool 2. This will be posted on a separate FedBizOpps (FBO) notice Number. The synopsis will be issued on FBO for a minimum of twenty-one (21) calendar days to request qualifications (SF330s) from interested firms. The synopsis will contain relevant information about the proposed action, to include an abbreviated statement of work, sub-contracting goals, and evaluation criteria tailored from the requirements of FAR 36.602-1 (a). The Government is requesting information on the following: Please provide feedback on the change for Criterion 2. List possible difficulties if any in meeting the subject requirement.
