No awards will be made from this notice. No solicitation is available at this time. Therefore, vendors shall not request a copy of a solicitation. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a future acquisition. 765 ABS/CONF/PKA issues this notice on behalf of Lajes Air Field, Azores, Portugal. All interested vendors should be aware that for the future acquisition of these items, only those vendors which have active registration in the federal government’s vendor database, System for Award Management (SAM.gov), shall be considered. The following items are required by Lajes Air Field, with the PSC 5210 and NAICS 334519: Trimble R12 GNSS System with TSC7 Controller- Quantity: two (2) Trimble S7 Total Station- Quantity: one (1) See attached item description for full requirement specifications of above items. This is neither a Request for Proposal nor a Request for Quote. There is no solicitation available with this request for information. This notice does not constitute a procurement commitment by the United States Air Force, implied or otherwise. No contract will be awarded from this notice. Responses are strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified information. All responses shall be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist no later than 2:00 PM Azores Local Time on Monday, August 3, 2020.
