At this point, the Government anticipates that the RFP will be released in the mid-March to beginning of April 2019 timeframe. Because the additional questions received on the updated draft RFP documents posted to the MOSSAIC Bidders' Library have been minimal and minor in nature, the Government will no longer be holding a Pre-Solicitation Conference. The Government does not believe a Pre-Solicitation Conference would be beneficial or cost-effective to potential Offerors. Instead, the Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) will be updated with all questions received along with Government responses. This updated CRM will be posted to the MOSSAIC Bidders' Library in the coming week (11-15 March 2019).*** This announcement is a Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) by the United States Air Force (USAF) Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC), Space Superiority Ground Based Space Surveillance Division (SMC/SYG), Contracting Office (PKL), Peterson Air Force Base, CO. This NOCA does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government to further evaluate capability briefs, release a competitive solicitation, or award a contract. In accordance with FAR 5.203(a) the purpose of this announcement is to inform Industry sources that the Government intends to release a full and open Request for Proposal (RFP) on, or about, 26 February 2019.
