Revision 2: The purpose of this revision is to extend the response date to account for an email address error. The email address previously provided for submission of Statement of Capabilities (SOCs) is experiencing issues when receiving emails from external sources. If your company submitted a SOC in response to this Sources Sought Notice and did not receive email confirmation of reciept from the Government, then the SOC was not received by the Government. Interested parties are invited to submit/resubmit an unclassified SOC for any or all of the attached Sources Sought Notices by 15 August 2023 to crystal.price.6@spaceforce.mil and cassie.debree@spaceforce.mil. *************************************************************************************** Revision 1: The purpose of the revision is to provide responses to questions submitted by industry that were directly related to the NITE-STAR sources sought notice. See attached questions and answers document. *************************************************************************************** The National Space Test and Training Complex (NSTTC) is seeking sources for Hardware Development, Infrastructure, Modeling and Simulation, and Software Development requirements. The Government intends to award one or more Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) Contracts. The planned NITE-STAR MA IDIQ contract(s) will acquire supply and service requirements across several capability areas. Interested parties are invited to submit an unclassified Statement of Capability (SOC) for any or all of the attached Sources Sought Notices. The instructions for responding to each Sources Sought are included in the corresponding attachments. Oral communications are not permissible. No telephonic communications will be permitted.
