This proposed action is to add one additional Long Duration Propulsive Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle Secondary Payload Adapter (LDPE), assembly, test, payload integration, launch integration and support, and on-orbit and anomaly support. The proposed action will incorporate a fourth LDPE (LDPE-3A) onto the current LDPE contract (FA8818-18-C-0001) taking advantage of the engineering and technical processes and production techniques previously procured, funded, and developed under this contract.
