This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Consortium Manager for the Space Enterprise Consortium (SpEC) Other Transaction Agreement for Prototypes. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation are to be submitted no later than: Monday April 20th, at 12:00pm Pacific. All proposal submissions must comply with the submission instructions provided in Section 4.0 of the solicitation. Failure to comply may result in rejection of the submission during the review. The unclassified electronic proposal, containing one Word and one PDF version, must be delivered to the Agreements Officer at kathleen.scholefield@us.af.mil and devon.pollard@us.af.mil (backup) no later than the proposal due date. The Offeror’s proposal will not be considered delivered until the Offeror receives verbal via telephone or email confirmation from Ms. Kathleen Scholefield or Mr. Devon Pollard. It is the Offerors responsibility to ensure voice or email confirmation is received from the Agreements Officer or backup. If there is a discrepancy between the proposal formats for content, format or page count the PDF version shall govern. Oral presentations, models, mockups, or videos will not be accepted. Please note the Government’s firewall limits emails to no more than 10MB. Offerors may use multiple emails if necessary to avoid exceeding this limit. However, only the PDF version of the proposal will be used to assess compliance with due date requirements.
