PROGRAM UPDATES In response to CRMs, the Government has uploaded a new version of Attachment 8D to the Bidder’s Library. Please use the new target_gen.m file to apply an updated range of target radiance values for targets in scenes. This does not change the requirement, but provides a shift in the range of radiances evaluated. In response to CRMs, the Government has clarified the criteria for Delivery Incentive. This change has been captured in the CRMs and will be included in the Program Solicitation v1.2. In response to CRMs, the Government is now permitting one (1) additional Major Teammate Prior Experience citation, for a total of two (2) Major Teammate submissions. The citation submissions for Primes has not changed. This change has been captured in the CRMs and will be included in the Program Solicitation v. 1.2 UPDATES TO COME In response to CRMs, the Government will update Table 3.7-3 (Payment Schedule) to reflect the whole PoP. At this time, the variance is not expected to exceed 5%. Final details will be included in the Program Solicitatoin v1.2. After internal discussion and evaluation, the Government has identified that alternate offers may be in the Government’s best interest. The Government highly encourages that each Offeror submit only one offer. Should an Offeror prefer to submit more than one offer, in no case should an Offeror submit more than two proposals.
