AMENDMENT: The Government requests all interested offerors to provide feedback to Sections L&M as well as the IDIQ model contract using the attached CRM. The L&M changes are posted in the bidder's library and include, but are not limited to, the TRD being made a reference document instead of compliance specifically for Delivery Order 001, addition of nine (9) system use cases/scenarios for offerors to consider, data rights being added as an evaluation factor. Request that feedback be sent to the point of contacts below by COB 23 Oct 2024. As a result of this request, the Government intends to release the PTS-G RFP in early November 2024. Note that clarifications will be posted in the bidder's library. 1. The purpose of this announcement is to notify potential offerors that the Space Systems Command (SSC) Program Executive Office (PEO) for Military Communications & Position, Navigation, and Timing (MCPNT) is intending to post a Request for Proposal FA8807-24-R-B009 for the Protected Tactical SATCOM – Global Space Production Vehicles to the PTS-G Bidders Library in October 2024. This action is expected to result in multiple award IDIQ Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contracts and will be solicited as a Full and Open competition. This courtesy Notice of Contract Action shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government and does not commit the Government to making an award. This is NOT a request for statements of capability, proposals, applications, proposal abstracts, or quotations. Apart from registering for access to the Bidders’ Library, any information submitted in response to this notice will not be reviewed. The release of the Request for Proposal/Solicitation intends to have a 45-day period for receipt of offers. 2.
