This RFI seeks market research for developing a common-baseline Protected Tactical Waveform Joint Hub Variant to provide anti-jam satellite communications. The contractor would design, build, and integrate NSA-certified cryptographic units for hubs intended for operation over commercial GEO, commercial MEO, and WGS/PTS-G constellations. The government is interested in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract approach and a Rough Order of Magnitude estimate for 36 total hub units, with an anticipated contract award in the third quarter of calendar year 2027. Hubs will be located at U.S. Department of War Teleports and interface with specified commercial and enterprise gateway terminals. Responses should address technical competency, schedule and cost estimates, and the ability to meet specific requirement categories for different satellite constellations.
