Any formal solicitation will be announced separately. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The purpose of this SSN is to a) solicit industry comment on the two draft Performance Work Statements (PWS), and b) identify interested contractors who are capable of performing work as outlined in the respective PWSs. One PWS is for Antenna Systems Operation and Maintenance. The other PWS is for Outside Plant Cable Systems Operation and Maintenance. We would greatly appreciate your feedback on these two attached PWS documents. Also, please complete and return the attached capabilities questionnaire. The US Air Force (AF) and the 38 CONS will not pay respondents for information provided in the response to this sources sought. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: The Air Force is contemplating a multiple award a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle to support base communications squadrons or equivalent units in the performance of hardware installations, repair and replacement, and maintenance and sustainment of antenna systems and outside plant (OSP) infrastructure. Also contemplated is the possibility of creating a contracting "pool" for just antenna systems contractors and another separate pool for outside plant cable systems contractors. However, a single contractor pool is also being considered. The proposed contract is being considered as a small business or 8(a) set-aside. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for this requirement is 517919. The size standard for NAICS 517919 is $32,500,000 or less in average annual receipts. •1. Please identify any teaming arrangements and whether your company will perform all the services required, and if not, what percentage will be outsourced. Include any specialized work issues. If unable to provide all services, what teaming arrangements might you employ? Specify whether your teaming partners typically are large or small businesses. The government will use this information in determining its set-aside decision. In addition, request Contractor to provide a list of any other NAICS they feel are more applicable than the one specified above. •2. Provide complete answers to all questions listed on the attached questionnaire. Many questions require further information or comments so please elaborate all answers completely, using a separate document if necessary. •3. Identify whether your company can perform the requirements in the Antenna Systems PWS, the Outside Plant Cable Systems PWS, or both. If unable to perform some work please clarify why or what limitations prevent you from performing that work. •4. Please include as part of your response, Company Identification (and the same for any teaming partners, sub- contractors, etc.) to include: Company Name and Address; CAGE Code; DUNS number; Point of Contact (Name, telephone and e-mail) to contact for further information. •5.
