The contractor shall procure a hotel with a AAA 4-star rating (Based on AAA or Trip Advisor ratings), located on the San Antonio River Walk, that can provide lodging for up to 30 adults, plus two Chaplain Corps Staff for two (2) nights. The Contractor shall provide lodging, meals, meeting spaces, parking, and activity opportunities for the dates and number of participants noted in the Statement of Work (SOW). The hotel must be a smoke free environment. This is a new requirement to secure retreat facilities and meals in order to conduct 26 COG Chapel retreat programs. This requirement includes the rental of hotel rooms, meeting area, meals, and other support services needed to complete the the aforementioned/described Chapel retreat and as described in the SOW. This service is a commercial service using the streamlined acquisition procedures under FAR Part 12 and simplified acquisition procedures in FAR Part 13.
