1. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. This announcement is not a formal solicitation and is not a request for proposals. Any formal solicitation will be announced separately. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The purpose of this RFI is to solicit industry comment on this draft RFP. We would greatly appreciate your feedback on the following attachments and questionnaire. The US Air Force (AF) and the 38 CONS will not pay respondents for information provided in the response to this sources sought. 2. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: The Air Force is contemplating a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle to support base communications squadrons or equivalent units in the performance of hardware installations, repair and replacement, and maintenance and sustainment of antenna systems and outside plant (OSP) infrastructure. 3. The proposed contract is being considered as a small business set-aside under the 8(a) or other programs. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for this requirement is 811213. The size standard for NAICS 811213 is $11,000,000 or less in average annual receipts. 4. Please identify any teaming arrangements and whether your company will perform all the services required, and if not, what percentage will be outsourced. Include any specialized work issues. If unable to provide all services, what teaming arrangements might you employ? Specify whether your teaming partners typically are large or small businesses. The government will use this information in determining its set-aside decision. In addition, request Contractor to provide a list of any other NAICS they feel are more applicable than the one specified above. 5. Provide complete answers to all questions listed on the attached questionnaire. Do not just answer "yes" or "no". Elaborate all answers completely, using a separate document if necessary. 6. Interested Contractors should address potential organizational conflicts of interests, reference FAR 9.505-1 and if applicable submit mitigation plans with capability statements. This mitigation plan is not part of the capability statement. 7. Please include as part of your response, Company Identification (and the same for any teaming partners, sub-contractors, etc.) to include: Company Name and Address; CAGE Code; DUNS number; Point of Contact (Name, telephone and e-mail) to contact for further information. 8. Also include as part of your response a Point of Contact's: Name, Phone Number, Fax Number, E-mail address, and Mailing Address. 9. Responses that only provide a company website will not be considered. Request responses be electronically transmitted in response to this sources sought by 12:00PM CST, 28 JAN 19. 10. Amendment: This request is for market interest. Interested parties regardless of size standard are requested to provide requested information and capabilities.
