This contract is required to provide maintenance, repairs, and replacement to various Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units servicing primary communications rooms. Units are located in various facilities on McChord Field at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), see Technical Exhibit 2 for locations. Assessments on all units were completed 11 Oct 22 and have identified required maintenance and repairs for all units. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of one year. Estimated Period of Performance: 18 September 2023-17 September 2024 A site visit will be held on 1 Aug 2023 at 9:00 a.m. PDT - please see RFQ attachment for more details.
