SOURCES SOUGHT 688CW/A35ID Innovation Flight Subscription Requirement OBJECTIVE: Obtain information from vendors to determine their capability to meet the specifications of this requirement identified in the scope below. SCOPE: Provide low code/no code application development tools with the capability to develop and publish custom web templates, be in compliance with FEDRAMP and IL-4 security requirements, support custom “back-end” code (source code that can compute and store informationon the production server vice customer client), and the ability to “export” apps in a container compatible with Air Force Lifecycle Management Center’s CloudOne infrastructure, and access from the AFNet. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION DETAILS: AMIC/Det 2 OL-C Tinker is requesting information from industry as part of market research to determine interest level and size of qualified vendors. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. It is not a Request for Proposal, a Request for Quotation, an Invitation for Bid, a solicitation, or an indication the US Air Force (AF) or AMIC/Det 2 OL-C will contract for the items contained in the sources sought. AMIC/Det 2 OL-C will not pay respondents for information provided in response to this sources sought. The Government is requesting information from vendors from socioeconomic programs such as 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Women Owned Small Business, and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) that are interested in performing this requirement. The Government requests interested parties submit a brief description of their company’s business size (i.e., annual revenues and employee size), business status (i.e., 8(a), HUBZone, or SDVOSB, Women Owned Small Business, or small business), and any anticipated teaming arrangements. The Government will use this information in determining its small business set-aside decision. Vendor responses to this notice should include supporting information showing the capability to meet the Government’s requirement. Vendor responses should also include contract numbers, Contracting Officer name and number, and a brief description of any relative contracts pertaining to the same or similar work. Vendor responses should identify any DoD strategic sourcing contracts (i.e. GSA, 2GIT, NASA SEWP, etc.) they are directly associated with which can be utilized for the potential award of this requirement. Vendors will identify the NAICS code that would be associated with this requirement under the specific strategic contract. Responses should also include a cover letter with the following information: A Point of Contact’s: name, phone number, e-mail address, and mailing address Business, trade, legal, political and other developments affecting you as a vendor in the market Responses should be submitted electronically, and must be no more than ten single-spaced pages, using 12-point, Times New Roman font, and minimum of one inch margins, in Microsoft Word format.
