This is an open-market combined synopsis/solicitation (request for quotes) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.106 and FAR 13.5 with additional information included in this notice. The government intends to award a contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and an additional solicitation document will not be issued. The Department of Defense, Maxwell AFB, Gunter Annex is seeking a Contractor to successfully satisfy the requirements listed in this RFQ. This procurement for TIBCO Jaspersoft Ad Hoc Reporting Tool Subscriptions and Premium support is necessary in order to maintain the system software. The purchase of TIBCO Jaspersoft Ad Hoc Reporting Tool Subscriptions and Premium Support must be performed through the use of a TIBCO Jaspersoft provider and/or authorized TIBCO Jaspersoft resellers. The Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) currently uses the TIBCO Jaspersoft Business Intelligence Enterprise to provide Ad Hoc reporting capabilities to field users.
