The subject contract action will be a modification of Task Order FA8734-18-F-0012, for Human Resources System Technical Support (HRSTS), in order to extend the Period of Performance (PoP) due to delays in the Air Force Integrated Personnel and Pay (AFIPPS) program, and the addition of new work required by the standup of the United States Space Force (USSF). As originally awarded, this contract was set to have a performance period of 3 years 10 months. However, in accordance with the NETCENTS II basic contract being modified by modification P00019 to permit task order extensions up to but not exceeding 5 years, the instant proposed HRSTS task order modification will result in a total HRSTS period of performance of 5 years. Additional work was not anticipated at the time of initial contract award, but has been determined to be within scope. This posting is in compliance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C).
