This action is to extend the current order for performance based services by adding another Option Period with a period of performance of one ( 1) year. The contemplated TO modification is to allow the current contractor sufficient time to complete the refactoring & rearchitecting of the LOGFAC application version five (v5.0) and include the delivery, testing, and fielding of LOGF AC application version six (v6.0). This ensures continuity of operational service for endusers utilizing product teams based on system needs. In addition, an Option to Extend Services (IA W FAR 52.217-8) for six (6) months will be added in case the Government may require continued performance of any services within the limits and at the rate specified in the contract.
