Contractor provided Material Management Expertise (MME) capability in the United States Air Force (USAF) base-level supply functional domain is required to ensure the AFLCMC PEO Business Enterprise Systems (BES) Integrated Logistics Systems-Supply (ILS-S) Program provides optimum Information Technology(IT) support to the Air Force logistics community while meeting all required Air Force and Department of Defense instructions, policies, directives and mandates. Contractor provided functional MMEs will be embedded with ILS-S Program Office military and civilian personnel to support the program office in providing agile and flexible logistics IT systems capability for the Air Force supply community. ILS-S leverages agile principals for getting working software to the user early and often. ILS-S releases are fielded at least monthly with each release containing working software with minimum viable capability. Contractor functional MME capability is required in the following program office support functions: Systems Support (Business/Requirements Analysis), Level II HelpDesk/Fielding, Training/Documentation, Functional Testing and Application Administration (data/information services). Period of Performance is 24 Apr 2020 -23 Apr 2025. Total estimated contract cost for the 5 year (base and four 12 month option periods) is TBD. This requirement will be procured using GSA VETS II. Only GSA VETS II Vendors are invited to Vendor Industry Day which will be held August 27, 2019 at tentatively 1150-1250 the 2019 Air Force Information Technology & Cyberpower (AFITC) Education and Training event.
