The USAF seeks industry feedback through this RFI on technical approaches, market capabilities, and innovative solutions—including license management—to enhance its Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management capability. The current PLM environment uses Siemens Teamcenter, a COTS solution hosted in Cloud One, to provide centralized, secure tools for engineering, manufacturing, sustainment, and asset retirement. The USAF faces fragmented legacy systems, disconnected data silos, and inconsistent processes that impede enterprise-wide PLM integration, data integrity, and decision-making. Responses will help the Air Force understand market conditions, identify feasible pathways, and refine requirements and acquisition strategies for an authoritative source of product data and total lifecycle management. This RFI is for market research only, does not constitute an RFP or commit the Government to contract, and no funds have been authorized or appropriated for this effort.
