AFLCMC/HIQD (Strategy and Innovation Branch) in support of AF/A4CX and AF/IMSC is seeking information on how a disaster response/incident management system, available in today’s marketplace, could satisfy the Air Force’s Disaster Response Force Common Operating Picture (DRF COP) business requirements. This RFI is a follow-up to RFI FBO Solicitation FA8770-19-R-0536 posted April 30, 2019. If you completed the first survey, you may notice similarities. Please note that many of the questions have been refined, and additional questions have been added. Please review the document entirely and answer all questions Pursuant to FAR Part 10 (Market Research), the purpose of this notice is to: (1) determine what sources capable of satisfying the agency’s requirements exist; (2) ascertain potential market capacity; (3) determine the small business presence in the market; and (4) collect industry experience with successful execution of Agile (or Agile-like) methodologies for software development, focusing on COTS and GOTS with minimal customization.
