The Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Life-Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate, Enterprise Logistics Systems Division, Contracting Division, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio is conducting market research seeking vendor interest for the AFLCMC Depot Maintenance Branch (AFLCMC/HIM), AFMC Workflow Management Support [Depot Source of Repair Automated Management System (DSOR AMS)/Depot Maintenance Interservice Support Agreement Management Application (DMA)] contract. The DSOR II Program Management Office (PMO), located at WPAFB, currently maintains the SharePoint applications via a maintenance/sustainment contract. The Government is seeking responses from any Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development Program vendors registered under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541512 - Computer Systems Design Services ONLY. This is being considered for an 8(a) program set-aside. Responses are limited to ten (10) pages, electronically submitted, in Microsoft Word or Portable Document format (PDF), using 12-point Times New Roman font. Vendors responding to the RFI shall submit the requested information due no later than 4:00 PM Eastern on Thursday, 07 November 2019. Responses should be sent to Contracting Officer, Ms. Amanda Myers, at amanda.myers.7@us.af.mil. The Government will not entertain telephone calls for this RFI; related questions shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Your response to this RFI will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort.
