The Air Force seeks capable sources to provide inspection, testing, maintenance (ITM), and repair services for Fire Alarm, Mass Notification, and Fire Suppression Systems, including all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and supervision. Performance is required at AFRL/RF and DFAS in Rome, NY, plus the Newport Research Site in Newport, NY and the Stockbridge Research Site in Oneida, NY. The anticipated period of performance is 01 January 2027 through 31 December 2027, with five option periods that could extend performance to 30 June 2032. This planning-only, Firm Fixed Price acquisition is being considered for competitive 8(a), HUBZone SB, SDVOSB, WOSB, or SB set-aside, and could become full and open if adequate responses are not received. Interested small businesses must submit a statement of intent to propose as prime, evidence of at least two similar prime-contractor projects within the past five years, past performance details, a prime/subcontractor responsibility narrative, safety and quality control methodologies, and current socioeconomic status documentation.
