This small business set-aside solicitation seeks a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, and services necessary for maintenance, inspection, calibration, repair, and installation of Electronic Access Control Systems. Work will be performed at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Information & Spectrum Warfare Directorate – Rome Research Site and remote test sites in Stockbridge and Newport. The period of performance is 03 October 2026 through 02 October 2027, plus three option years and a potential six-month extension, with completion possible through 02 April 2031. Award will be based on price and past performance, with the government intending to select the lowest-priced offeror with no negative past performance.
