(c) During performance of the contract, the contractor shall be responsible for obtaining required identification for newly assigned personnel and for prompt return of credentials and vehicle passes for any employee who no longer requires access to the work site. (d) When work under this contract requires unescorted entry to controlled or restricted areas, the contractor shall comply with with AFI 31-101, Integrated Defense, and DODMAN5200.02_AFMAN 16-1405, Air Force Personnel Security Program. (e) Upon completion or termination of the contract or expiration of the identification passes, the prime contractor shall ensure that all base identification passes issued to employees and subcontractor employees are returned to the issuing office. This sources sought notification is issued by the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Rome Research Site (RRS) located at 26 Electronic Parkway in Rome, NY 13441, to determine the availability of entities, relative to NAICS code 516210, with a size standard of $47,000,000, and possessing the skills and capabilities necessary to provide Cable Television System and provide Standard Definition (SD) and High Definition (HD) Community Antenna Television (CATV) standards of channel programming. The system is currently supporting over 65 channels of commercial, over-air, educational, informational, local, and security view programming throughout the RRS campus of six buildings. The contractor will modify, troubleshoot, test and perform periodic signal alignments as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor will provide for all current programming and commercial programming rebroadcast licensing, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to maintain the Cable Television System.
