AFRL requires continued maintenance on the existing Internet circuit with On Net access to a 10G Ethernet GigE protected circuit, with 5000 megabits per second (Mbps) of Sub Bandwidth and a committed and Peak data rate of 5000 Mbps. The connection port required is a small form factor single mode (SFP) 10 GigE fiber optic transceiver with single mode Lima Charlie (LC) connectors. The point of presence equipment providing the circuit should be fed from dual redundant, diverse pathways to the AFRL point of presence facility. The required period of performance is 1 September 2023 - 31 August 2024, with 3 option years. The Government has determined that due to the need for a dual redundant pathway to the vendor service delivery point for this circuit, only Lumen Technologies can meet the needs of this requirement
