Toptica Photonics is the only known vendor in the United States of Tunable Laser products that will satisfy the needs of this requirement. The Tunable Laser and Tunable Locking Lasers are developed exclusively by Toptica Photonics and its unique features will only work with the existing laser system at the Air Force Research Laboratory in Rome, NY. This is a notice of proposed contract action and not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
