Targeting Operations and Analytics Development
This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) seeks innovative research to develop, test, and integrate technologies that improve the joint targeting cycle, including shortening the killchain and enhancing battle damage assessment. The BAA is open until 30 September 2029, with suggested white paper submission dates aligned to fiscal years from 2025 through 2029. Total estimated funding is approximately $499 million, with individual awards typically ranging from $1 million to $25 million, and potential awards up to $99.9 million. Performance of services will be at the Air Force Research Laboratory in Rome, New York.
