Multi-Domain Force Applications and Traffic Management for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (M-FAT)
The Department of the Air Force is seeking innovative research to enhance Counter-small Unmanned Aerial System (C-sUAS) capabilities, focusing on Electronic Warfare, Cyberspace Operations, Command and Control automation, low-collateral defeat interceptors, and UAS Traffic Management. The total estimated funding for this Broad Agency Announcement is approximately $499 million, with individual awards normally ranging from $500K to $20M and the potential for awards up to $99M. Performance of services will be managed out of Rome, NY. The BAA is open until 4 AUG 2030, with suggested white paper submission dates aligned to fiscal years from FY26 through FY30.
