This republishing also includes the following changes: 1. Updates the Contracting POC throughout; 2. Part I-added the "Important Notes Regarding" language; 3. Part II, Section III, updated Foreign Participation/Access language; 4. Part II, Section IV.4.a. updated the Cost Sharing language; 5. Part II, Section V.2.b, updated white paper/proposal review process language; 6. Part II, Section V.3 updated SAT to current threshold; 7. Part II, Section VI.1, updated to reflect the most current RI Specific Proposal Preparation instructions date; 8. Part II, Section VI.4 updated existing language as paragraphs a and b, and added paragraphs c,d,e; 9. Part II, Section VI.7, added paragraph (d); 10.
