This republishing also includes the following changes: 1. Updates the Contracting POC throughout; 2. Part I, updated the type of instruments that may be awarded; 3. Section IV.4.a. updated the Cost Sharing language; 4. Section V.3 updated SAT to current threshold; 5. VI.1, updated the date of the AFRL/RI Specific Proposal Prep Instructions; 6. Section VI.4 updated existing language as paragraphs a and b, and added paragraphs c,d,e; 7. Section VI.7, added paragraph (d); 8. Section VII: updated the OMBUDSMAN. No other changes have been made.
