AMENDMENT 0001 This is a Request for quote (RFQ) for presentation space and use of audio/visual equipment in support of the 2023 Communication, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) Hybrid Symposium. The Government will not pay for any costs associated with quotation preparation. The Offeror who is deemed responsible and responsive with the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote will be determined to represent the best value to the Government. Technical acceptability will be determined by an evaluation of the quoted requirements that meet the technical criteria that is listed in this RFQ.The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order to the quote that meets the requirement in the attached RFQ Letter. Attached you will find the following documents: 1. 2023 CNS-ATM Symposium - RFQ Letter Amendment 0001 (NOTE: The government requests the offerors provide an itemized break down indicating the room and associated A/V equipment necessary to meet the requirements to include the per-day quantity, unit price, and extended price for each chargeable item for each room. Contractor format is acceptable however, a sample is provided in this letter on page 4) 2. Solicitation FA873023QB008 (NOTE: This solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 effective 11 January 2023) The applicable NAICS code is 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, which has a size standard of $40.0. The Government is interested in obtaining quotes for acquiring the conference/training space for 12-15 June 2023 in the following location: Dayton, Ohio and within six (6) miles from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Questions are due no later than 1700 Eastern Standard Time (EST) Wednesday January 25, 2023. Allow two business days to provide answers. Quotes are due no later than 1700 EST Monday February 18, 2023, and confirm receipt of this email.
