The Program Management Office (PMO) at AFLCMC/HBB, Kessel Run is seeking information on how interested parties could provide development and sustainment for the Command and Control Incident Management and Emergency Response (C2IMERA) application through remote working and/or locally within the Boston, Massachusetts and/or Langley AFB area as well as training and field service representative support to C2IMERA users across the Air Force (both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). C2IMERA provides enhanced C2 situational awareness, references, and mission critical actions for Commanders, C2 nodes, emergency management technicians, base operations, support functions, subordinate bases and higher headquarters. C2IMERA stands out by creating an intuitive, interactive, and efficient user experience with integrated datasources, increasing a Commander’s situational awareness while reducing decision-making timelines. This acquisition seeks to continue development of C2IMERA, Optimize C2IMERA, Sustain/Operate C2IMERA, and train stakeholders – all with a focus on the user experience. C2IMERA is a deployed and operational software system, and the vendor for this effort will transfer ongoing activities from the incumbent DevSecOps effort.
