This proposed effort is a Full and Open competition. The Government will not pay for any proposal received in response to this Solicitation, nor will the Government compensate a respondent for any costs incurred in developing the proposal provided to AFLCMC/HBAK. This notice is not a commitment from the Government. The Offeror shall submit their proposal in accordance with Section L -Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors. The proposal is due no later than 07 December 2021 5:00PM EST. An AFLCMC Ombudsman has been appointed to consider and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. Before consulting the Ombudsman, concerned parties should first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendation to the Contracting Officer for resolution. In addition, AFFARS 5352.201-9101, Ombudsman, will be included in this acquisition's solicitation and contract.
