This presolicitation posting was released with ambiguous language that should have been removed prior to release. The removed language is "All interested parties shall contact the following individuals in order to obtain the entire DRAFT package:" To clarify for interested parties... This publication of a draft PWS was done in an effort to solicit questions, comments, or feedback regarding the referenced PWS as we refine our requirements before release of a final RFP. This is the only portion of the draft we are currently releasing. We are reopening this for one week to ensure all parties have the same clarity and allow any interested parties to provide feedback.
