RFI for C2IMERA WARDEN- DAF EMIS (Department of Air Force Emergency Management Information System)
This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research only; the Air Force is not seeking proposals, and this does not constitute a solicitation or commitment. The AFLCMC/C3C Kessel Run PMO seeks information on an AI-enabled, Government-owned enterprise software capability, DAF EMIS, to decouple and transition installation Emergency Management from C2IMERA and automate Preparedness, Protection, Response, and Recovery across routine operations, disasters, and contingencies. The solution must integrate with DoD cloud/software ecosystems, provide distributed/edge resilience, automated geospatial situational awareness, secure mobile/edge access, and meet IL5/IL6 security with continuous ATO alignment. The PMO is gathering industry input to refine requirements, assess acquisition and contracting approaches, and evaluate capabilities; respondents may be invited to industry days, one-on-ones, product demonstrations, and Q&A sessions. Funds are not currently available for this effort, and all response costs are at interested parties’ expense.
