Attached is an Individual J&A for Other Than Full and Open Competition of forthe Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Replacement of Avionics for Global Operations and Navigation (DRAGON) Full Rate Production (FRP) program. This contract will be used to procure Flight Management System Suit (FMSS) kit and reachback support from Rockwell Collins, Inc. Collins is the developer and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the FMSS. Please see the attached, redacted J&A.
