This synopsis is for a proposed contract, IAW FAR 5.201(b)(i), for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate. The purpose of the proposed contract action is to provide the Iraq Republic with a replacement to an AutoTrac II (AT2) Training Simulator and a Tower Simulator Training System at Suwayrah Air Base. The simulator systems to be installed at Suwayrah Air Base are to replace the Tower and Radar Simulators that were previous damaged and deemed unrepairable.
