In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.Under this solicitation, a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is hereby issued and is identified under solicitation number FA8730-19-R-0002. This solicitation uses simplified acquisition procedures contained in FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote in response to this RFQ. The Government intends to award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the company who submits the offer that is the lowest price offer that meets the technical requirements for this procurement. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97 (effective 24 Jan 2018), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 2019-11418 (effective 31 May 2019), and Air Force Acquisition Circular - AFAC 2017-1003 (effective 03 Oct 2017). Requirement: The Contractor shall deliver 150 Mystery Ranch, Item Number 1100046-215-00, or equal expandable laptop bags. To be considered "or equal" bags must support Government intended use and meet the following salient physical characteristics: These bags are intended to house cabling components, GETAC Laptop, and Keypad Display units allowing for easier transition from the vehicle to the Tactical Operation Center.
