IAW FAR 5.203(a) this posting serves as notice that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Lockheed Martin Corporation, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2)). Specifically, AFLCMC/HBBK intends to establish a time and material, cost plus fixed fee, and firm fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle for the development and prototyping of solutions to emerging challenges and accelerate follow-on capability delivery of F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) products. The intent is to leverage Lockheed Martin Corporation's existing legacy software knowledge and to staff joint Government led vendor product teams to migrate ALIS to utilizing cloud based technology and virtualization on a commercial Platform as a Service (PaaS) infrastructure.
