Sources Sought/Request for Information Deployable Instrument Landing Systems (D-ILS) Electric ISO Mobilizers 1. This is not a solicitation, but rather a Sources Sought/Request for Information to identify companies that can produce electric ISO mobilizers. To further this goal, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's (AFLCMC) Digital Directorate, Aerospace Management Systems Division (HBA), Landing Systems (HBAB) Program Office, located at Hanscom Air Force Base (AFB), Massachusetts, is requesting information from industry to assist in the planning for the procurement of electric ISO mobilizers. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. It is not a Request for Proposal, a Request for Quotation, an Invitation for Bids, a solicitation, or an indication the USAF or AFLCMC will contract for the items contained in the RFI. AFLCMC will not pay respondents for information provided in response to this RFI. 2. The respondents must address the following requirements and provide documented evidence in their responses: P/N: 60373-002 Qty: 16 sets FOB: Robins AFB, GA and Ramstein AB, Germany Warranty: Standard commercial one year Desert Tan color 33446 IAW Federal Standard 595 Load capacity minimum 20,000 lbs. Spring applied parking brakes that also activate with loss of system air (rear only) 24V DC system with standard NATO connectors to operate lift system; On-board batteries and charger (110V or 230V); operates from on-board batteries, vehicle connection, hand pump back-up Hydraulic system for raising and lowering of shelter; Three-way power cord allows simultaneous lifting of each end during aircraft loading operations Support 8' height ISO container (with ISO corner block) Must be ATTLA certified for transport on C-130 3. All responses to be sent electronically. Request that all responses must be received by 3 July 2019. All responses shall be unclassified and reviewed to ensure consideration of operational sensitivities. 4. An AFLCMC Ombudsman has been appointed to consider and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. Before consulting the Ombudsman concerned parties should first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendation to the Contracting Officer for resolution. In addition, AFFARS 5352.201-9101, Ombudsman, will be included in this acquisition's solicitation and contract.
