Ground Based Radar Digitization (GBRD)
The U.S. Space Force is seeking full solutions for the Ground Based Radar Digitization program to modernize eight globally positioned ground-based radars through a common, government-owned open architecture. The anticipated award date is June 2026. This effort will use a "compete and collaborate" model, awarding multiple fixed-price Other Transaction Agreements where selected offerors will develop individual designs while contributing to a shared architectural baseline within a single digital ecosystem. The program aims to improve Space Domain Awareness and mission effectiveness for missile warning, tracking, and defense. Eligible companies must have an approved DD Form 2345 to request access to the Bidder's Library for solicitation documents.
