Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the vendor who is interested in any potential future solicitation(s) to monitor all sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The Government reserves the right to use results of the communications with industry for any purpose consistent with, and not otherwise prohibited by FAR Part 10. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization’s qualifications to perform the work. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses received, a pre-solicitation synopsis and solicitation may be published in Federal Business Opportunities. However, in no case shall responses to this notice be considered either a response to a solicitation or a submission of an unsolicited proposal, as defined by FAR 2.101. Integrate and test new AGD cabinets into three unique UEWRs to resolve obsolescence issues, improve reliability, maintainability, and availability of the microelectronics. The purpose of this task is to: (1) Integrate seven upgraded AGD cabinets consisting of two at Thule (THL) radar site in Pituffik Space Base, three at Fylingdales (FYL) Royal Air Force Station, and two at Clear (CLR) Space Force Station; (2) Update Software as required to install AGD cabinets to include, but not limited to, Mission Application Software (MAS) and Receiver Exciter Software (RES); (3) Deliver Level III Technical Data Package (TDP) and Technical Order (TO) data; and (4) Test upgraded AGD cabinets into the three aforementioned UEWR sites.
